Ileen Finley is a talented cake artist and pastry chef.  She studied wedding cake design with Celebrity Chef Toba Garrett, at  the Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan/New York City.  

Ileen got her start  under the watchful eye of her mom when she was just three years old.  "Senior Cookie Day" was created at Stivers School for the arts in honor of her mother, a day that the senior class looked forward to annually for their gourmet treat.

  Bronwen Weber:  (8 time winner of Food Network competitions).

 

Marina Sousa:  creator of fantasy cakes for the stars including Oprah Winfrey.

 

James Rosselle:  International top Ten Cake Artist in North America who trained with Ron Ben Israel in NYC.

 

Joshua John Russell:  Atlanta Cake Artist, Instructor and Food Network Star, One of his cakes can be seen in the movie "Life as we Know it".

Karen Portaleo:  Cake and Chocolate Artist in Atlanta, teaches internationally with clients that includes Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Target, Maybelline and Nestle Chocolate.

Ceri Griffiths:  Sugar & Cake Artist, International Judge, Teacher, Culinary show host, Author of Five books and creator of several pastry tools.

Peggy Tucker:  Award winning Certified Master Sugar Artist (One of only 32 in the world), Owner of  the School of Cakeology and CakePlayInc.

Susan Notter:  Pastry Chef of the year for 2014, America's Culinary Team Leader for competition 2014 in Italy, Won the Gold.

She lives in Dayton and  has competed in the Oklahoma Sugar Arts Show, formerly the largest cake show in North America, Cakes are her passion.
